Job summary

Donna Spa Pte. Ltd. is seeking a telemarketing/sales-focused candidate to reach warm leads and schedule appointments at our Jurong East - IMM location. The role involves handling customer inquiries, maintaining detailed call records, and supporting service-related inquiries with provided training.

Ideal applicants have at least 1 year in telemarketing or sales, strong communication, and reliable attendance. Excel proficiency is preferred for tracking progress and results.

Qualifications

• Experience in beauty telemarketing or sales preferred.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Excellent phone etiquette with clear and confident speech.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant telemarketing/sales experience.
• Good attendance/turn-up record.
• Proficient with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Calling warm leads who have shown interest in services.
• Schedule appointments and arrange for rescheduling as needed.
• Attend to customer enquiries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and appointments.
• Calling existing customers when necessary.

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm

Responsibilities:

• Calling warm leads who have shown interest in services closely
• Schedule appointments and arrange for rescheduling, if necessary.
• Attend to customer enquiries
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge about services - training will be provided
• Calling of existing customers whenever necessary
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and appointments

Requirements:

• Experience in beauty telemarketing or sales is preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Strong phone etiquette and the ability to speak clearly and confidently
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Min 1 years of relevant experience in telemarketing/sales
• Good track record of turn ups
