Job summary

APEX RETAIL PTE. LTD. at 111 Somerset Road, Singapore, invites motivated telemarketing and sales professionals to join our beauty retailer. You will contact clients by phone to promote skincare products, schedule consultations, and drive sales with attractive commissions.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm, at our central office. Basic salary ranges from SGD 2,500 to SGD 3,500 with additional commissions and incentives.

Qualifications

• Telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening for rapport on calls.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills for closing sales.
• Ability to manage a high volume of calls while completing follow-up tasks.
• Customer focus with ability to recommend suitable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing clients via phone to promote skincare products, treatments, and services.
• Explain benefits of beauty products, treatments, and promotions clearly.
• Arrange consultations, product demos, or appointments with beauty consultants.
• Follow up on sales inquiries and encourage repeat purchases.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales/lead targets.
• Gather customer feedback and report insights to management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Customer Outreach:Contact potential and existing clients via phone calls to promote skincare products, treatments, and services
• Product Promotion:Clearly explain the benefits of beauty and skincare products, treatments, and ongoing promotions
• Appointment Scheduling:Arrange consultations, product demonstrations, or treatment appointments with beauty consultants
• Sales Follow-Up:Conduct follow-up calls, handle customer enquiries, and encourage repeat purchases
• Target Achievement:Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales or lead generation targets
• Feedback Collection:Gather customer feedback on products and services and report insights to management

Job Requirements:

• Telemarketing / Sales Experience:Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred; beauty or skincare industry experience is an advantage
• Excellent Communication Skills:Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone
• Strong Persuasion & Negotiation Skills:Confident in pitching products and closing sales
• Good Time Management:Able to handle a high volume of calls efficiently while completing follow-up tasks
• Customer-Focused Mindset:Attentive to customer needs and able to recommend suitable solutions

Eligibility Requirement:

• Open to Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents (PR), and LTVP holders with valid work rights only
