Job summary

KIN Group (Jo) in Singapore is seeking a telemarketing professional to make outbound calls using provided scripts to set appointments, with 2pm to 5pm hours and a minimum of 3 days per week.

You will aim to meet daily and weekly targets, follow compliance guidelines, and use CRM systems. Training will be provided; no prior experience required.

Earn S$10 per hour plus a bonus of S$5 per attended appointment. Flexible schedule to discuss.

Job Scope

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a telemarketing, sales or customer service role, preferably in an outbound sales environment, NO EXPERIENCE ARE WELCOME! Training will be provided
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively over the telephone
• Strong listening skills and the ability to identify and respond to objections professionally
• Confident, persuasive and self-motivated personality with a genuine interest in sales
• Ability to work independently whilst maintaining focus on performance targets and KPIs
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications
• Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills
• A results-oriented mindset with resilience in handling rejection and maintaining positivity
• Fluency in English and/or other relevant languages is advantageous

Requirements

• S$10 per hour
• Bonus - S$5 per attended appointment
• Able to commit at least 3 days per week (Choose between Monday to Friday)
• Working hours: 2pm to 5pm (flexible hours, to be discussed)
