Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd. is seeking a Technology Sourcing Manager (Associate) to support sourcing and vendor management across technology categories including IT professional services, software, cloud, infrastructure and cybersecurity.

The role focuses on developing sourcing strategies, conducting market assessments, and collaborating with Technology, Procurement, Finance and Risk teams to ensure timely and compliant sourcing activities.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in technology sourcing, procurement, vendor management, or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting sourcing initiatives involving technology products and services.
• Exposure to technology categories such as software, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or IT professional services.
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree and professional certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing and vendor management activities across technology categories.
• Assist in development and implementation of sourcing strategies and category initiatives.
• Conduct supplier research and market assessments to support sourcing recommendations.
• Assist in vendor rationalisation and data-driven benchmarking.
• Prepare sourcing documentation, evaluation materials, business cases and recommendation papers.
