Job summary

1011 United Overseas Bank Ltd seeks a VP2 Strategic Alliances & Sourcing Specialist to drive technology sourcing, procurement governance and supplier management. You will partner with GTO and other stakeholders to deliver value while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will negotiate technology contracts and lead end-to-end RFP processes, balancing business needs with governance requirements in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology sourcing, procurement, vendor management, or contract management.
• Experience in technology RFPs, commercial negotiations, and supplier engagements.
• Understanding of technology contracts, outsourcing arrangements, and supplier governance.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or a regulated environment is advantageous.
• Ability to collaborate with technology, legal, risk, finance and business stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation, commercial acumen and governance-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sourcing activities for technology initiatives, including RFPs and negotiations.
• Review and negotiate technology contracts and outsourcing agreements with stakeholders.
• Develop relationships with strategic technology suppliers to support objectives.
• Partner with GTO stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies and assess market opportunities.
• Support category management and procurement governance across technology spend areas.
• Provide guidance on contract risk and regulatory compliance.
• Manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment with governance standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing processes and supplier performance.
