The role leads a team of Strategic Sourcing & Procurement professionals, overseeing end-to-end source-to-contract activities, high‑volume negotiations, and governance across IT categories with a focus on regulatory compliance and value delivery to the business.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in IT/technology sourcing and procurement.
• Proven track record negotiating complex technology contracts.
• Experience leading high-volume sourcing portfolios under tight timelines.
• Ability to influence senior management and governance discussions.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic procurement partner to senior GTO and business stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end source-to-contract activities for technology.
• Drive complex contract negotiations including MSAs, NDAs, and outsourcing.
• Develop and refine bank-wide IT procurement strategies.
• Establish supplier relationship management and risk controls.
• Ensure governance and regulatory compliance in sourcing.
• Coach and manage a team of Strategic Sourcing professionals.
