DBS is seeking a Technology Sourcing Manager (Associate) to support sourcing and vendor management across IT categories, including software, cloud, and cybersecurity. You will collaborate with Technology, Procurement, Risk, Legal and Business stakeholders to drive market intelligence, assessments, and effective sourcing execution.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of technology sourcing, procurement or vendor management experience.
• Experience handling software, cloud, infrastructure, or IT services categories.
• Experience in financial services regulated environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Vendor Management: Support execution across technology categories (IT professional services, software, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, IT services).
• Requirement Gathering & Vendor Evaluation: Develop sourcing approaches, evaluation criteria, and vendor assessment frameworks.
• Sourcing Execution & Commercial Support: Assist in RFI/RFP/RFQ processes and prepare evaluation materials and business cases.
• Stakeholder Partnerships: Collaborate with Technology, Procurement and Business teams to align objectives and insights.
• Governance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with procurement governance and third-party risk requirements; assist in due diligence.
• Market Intelligence & Planning: Monitor technology market trends, conduct benchmarking and spend analysis to inform decisions.
