Job summary

RecruitPedia Pte Ltd is recruiting a Technology Manager to drive the next phase of growth for a client in the Insurance industry. The successful candidate will develop and execute the enterprise technology roadmap and advise senior leadership on strategy.

You will oversee architecture, governance, cloud infrastructure, security and business continuity, while leading an infrastructure and operations team and managing budgets and vendors.

Qualifications

• 8 years of technology leadership experience.
• Experience leading enterprise infrastructure in a cloud-first environment.
• Experience managing Microsoft cloud technologies, including Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Experience managing enterprise SaaS platforms such as Salesforce.
• Experience managing cybersecurity, disaster recovery and business continuity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the technology roadmap aligned with business objectives, advising the CEO and senior management.
• Oversee enterprise architecture, governance, integration standards and best practices across the organisation.
• Manage Azure cloud infrastructure, networking, identity, endpoint management and collaboration platforms.
• Lead cybersecurity strategy, security operations, vulnerability management, incident response and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee disaster recovery, backup and business continuity planning to ensure operational resilience.
• Manage enterprise platforms, including Salesforce, SAP Business One and Microsoft 365, ensuring secure and scalable integration with internal and third-party systems.
• Lead and develop the infrastructure and operations team, manage technology budgets, and oversee strategic vendors and service providers.
• Evaluate and drive the adoption of AI, automation and emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
