Job summary

RecruitPedia Pte Ltd seeks a Technology Manager to guide the next phase of business through strategic technology leadership. You will shape the enterprise tech roadmap, oversee architecture and governance, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure, security, and key platforms like Salesforce and SAP Business One.

You will lead the infrastructure and operations team, manage budgets, coordinate with vendors, and drive AI and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and the customer experience.

Qualifications

Our client is in Insurance industry. They are looking for a Technology Manager to assist their team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in Central – easily accessible.

Duties

• Develop and execute the enterprise technology roadmap aligned with business objectives, advising the CEO and senior management on technology strategy.
• Oversee enterprise architecture, technology governance, system integration standards and best practices across the organisation.
• Manage Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure, networking, identity, endpoint management and collaboration platforms to ensure security, scalability and reliability.
• Lead cybersecurity strategy, security operations, vulnerability management, incident response and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee disaster recovery, backup and business continuity planning to ensure operational resilience.
• Manage enterprise platforms, including Salesforce, SAP Business One and Microsoft 365, ensuring secure and scalable integration with internal and third-party systems.
• Lead and develop the infrastructure and operations team, manage technology budgets, and oversee strategic vendors and service providers.
