Job summary

RecruitPedia Pte Ltd is seeking a Technology Manager to lead a cloud-first, security-conscious technology function. You will shape the technology roadmap, partner with senior leadership and drive enterprise platform initiatives across Azure, M365, Salesforce and SAP Business One.

You will oversee governance, architecture and security across infrastructure, applications and integrations, while mentoring the team and managing vendor relationships in a fast-growing SME.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant technology leadership experience.
• Experience managing enterprise infrastructure in a cloud-first environment.
• Experience managing Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Experience managing enterprise SaaS platforms such as Salesforce.
• Experience in cybersecurity, disaster recovery and business continuity.
• Experience working closely with software engineering teams.
• Experience managing external technology vendors and service providers.

Technology Manager

Job Description

The Technology Manager is responsible for managing technology infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity and enterprise systems to support the company's digital transformation. Working closely with the Head of Applications, the role ensures that infrastructure, applications, integrations and enterprise platforms are secure, scalable and reliable.

The role also contributes to technology planning, governance and key business initiatives, working closely with the CEO, senior management and relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Management

• Develop and implement the technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Provide technology advice to senior management.
• Maintain enterprise technology architecture and ensure systems integrate effectively.
• Drive technology governance and best practices.
• Lead and develop the infrastructure and operations team.
• Manage the technology budget, vendors and service providers.

Infrastructure & Cloud

• Manage and improve the Microsoft Azure cloud environment.
• Ensure infrastructure is secure, scalable and resilient.
• Oversee networking, identity and endpoint management, and collaboration platforms.
• Manage disaster recovery, backup and business continuity planning.

Cybersecurity

• Develop and maintain the cybersecurity strategy.
• Oversee security operations, vulnerability management and incident response.
• Promote organization-wide security awareness.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and security standards.

Enterprise Platforms & Integration

• Oversee enterprise platforms, including Salesforce, SAP Business One and Microsoft 365.
• Work with the Head of Applications to ensure secure and scalable integrations across internal and third-party platforms.
• Establish integration standards and maintain data flows between business systems.

Innovation

• Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI, to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Support the responsible adoption of AI, automation and emerging technologies.

Requirements

Experience

• At least 8 years of relevant technology leadership experience.
