Job summary

Cornerstone Global Partners PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Technical / Delivery Manager for Insurance & Reinsurance. The role leads large-scale technology transformation across APAC/EMEA, overseeing cloud modernization, data platforms, and enterprise governance.

You will manage distributed teams, drive Azure adoption, ITIL-aligned operations, and stakeholder reporting, while mentoring engineering leaders and product owners.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in technology transformation and delivery leadership.
• Strong background across Insurance, Reinsurance, Banking and Financial Services.
• Proven ability to lead large, distributed Agile/DevOps teams with governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications and cloud transformation programs.
• Manage cross-functional Agile and DevOps teams across onsite and offshore models.
• Drive Azure cloud adoption, CI/CD, infrastructure modernization, and operational excellence.
• Oversee application support, AMS governance, release and incident management per ITIL.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, vendor management and delivery governance.
• Ensure audit controls and IAM governance; align with DORA/BAFIN frameworks.
• Lead enterprise reporting and data platforms using SQL Server, Oracle, Azure SQL, Power BI, SAP BO.

Senior Technical / Delivery Manager – Insurance & Reinsurance

Job Summary

Experienced Senior Technical / Delivery Manager with over 15 years of expertise delivering large-scale technology transformation, cloud modernization, application management, and enterprise data platform initiatives across APAC and EMEA regions.

Strong background in Insurance, Reinsurance, Banking, and Financial Services domains with proven leadership managing large distributed teams, Agile delivery programs, DevOps transformation, and enterprise governance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications, cloud transformation, and modernization programs.
• Manage large cross-functional Agile and DevOps teams across onsite and offshore delivery models.
• Drive Azure cloud adoption, CI/CD implementation, infrastructure modernization, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Oversee application support, AMS governance, release management, change management, and incident management aligned with ITIL practices.
• Manage stakeholder communication, executive reporting, budgeting, forecasting, vendor management, and delivery governance.
• Ensure compliance readiness including audit controls, IAM governance, and familiarity with DORA/BAFIN regulatory frameworks.
• Lead enterprise reporting and data platform initiatives using SQL Server, Oracle, Azure SQL, Power BI, SSIS/SSRS/SSAS, and SAP BusinessObjects.
• Mentor and coach engineering managers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and technical delivery teams.
