Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT operations.
• Proven experience managing Azure cloud environments and Microsoft 365 platforms.
• Experience in cloud migration, hybrid cloud architecture, and infrastructure modernisation projects.
• Experience in cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance programmes.
• Healthcare industry experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage enterprise cloud environments across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and other cloud platforms.
• Lead cloud migration projects from on-premises infrastructure to cloud-based solutions.
• Manage cloud networking components including VNets, VPN Gateways, NSGs, and connectivity solutions.
• Monitor and optimise cloud resource utilisation, performance, availability, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure business continuity, backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions are in place.
• Develop, implement, and maintain cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and governance policies.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, security audits, risk assessments, and remediation activities.
• Manage endpoint protection, threat detection, incident response, and security monitoring initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements, including PDPA and relevant healthcare security standards.
• Lead investigations and response activities for cybersecurity incidents and security breaches.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Manage user access controls, identity governance, conditional access policies, and authentication mechanisms.
• Provide technical leadership for M365 security, compliance, and collaboration solutions.
• Manage hybrid infrastructure environments integrating on-premise and cloud technologies.
• Support virtualisation technologies such as VMware.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure secure and scalable technology solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Lead cloud transformation and cybersecurity projects across multiple business units and geographical locations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and IT support teams.
• Manage vendors, external partners, and service providers to ensure effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
