Eazy Pte. Ltd. is seeking an IT Support professional based in Singapore to own frontline IT support across Windows and Mac environments, manage onboarding/offboarding, and maintain assets. You will administer Microsoft 365/Azure AD, assist Salesforce users, and support meeting room tech and network equipment.
The role requires 2–4 years of IT support experience, strong English communication, and the ability to independently manage multiple tickets while upholding security policies and processes.
Own IT support as the primary Singapore-based contact — receive, triage, resolve, and close issues and service requests within agreed service levels, via email, chat, phone, or in person
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, networking, and printing issues for Windows and Mac environments
Manage user onboarding and offboarding: account creation, laptop provisioning, access setup across Salesforce, email, and other business applications
Maintain and track IT assets including laptops, monitors, peripherals, and mobile devices
Document common issues and resolutions in an internal knowledge base to enable self-service where possible
Administer user accounts in Microsoft 365 / Azure AD (Entra ID), including password resets, MFA enrollment, and group memberships
Perform Salesforce user administration (creating users, updating data fields, assigning profiles and permission sets, resetting access) and first-line application troubleshooting, escalating configuration or development work to the Salesforce team
Support meeting room technology and office network equipment
Triage and action routine infrastructure alerts from Azure or endpoint management tools; elevate only genuinely complex or high-risk issues
Own the endpoint patch and software-deployment cycle, aligning to the security baselines set with the Cybersecurity Engineer
Maintain accurate records of IT inventory, licenses, and warranty information
Prepare and own IT audit evidence and access-review documentation
Uphold and support IT security policies in day-to-day support, including data handling, access control, access reviews, and incident escalation
Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs, warranty claims, and procurement
Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
2–4 years of IT support experience with a track record of owning and resolving cases independently
Solid working knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint), and basic networking concepts
Good communication skills in English — you will support non-technical business users daily
Organised and reliable; able to manage multiple open tickets and prioritise effectively
Able to work independently and own outcomes as the primary Singapore-based support person, exercising sound judgement on prioritisation, risk, and escalation
Exposure to Azure AD / Entra ID, Intune, or other MDM/endpoint management tools
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900)
Working familiarity with Salesforce user administration (end-user support and basic admin)
Experience supporting users in an insurance, financial services, or similarly regulated environment
Interest in growing into Salesforce administration, cloud operations, or cybersecurity over time
