Job summary

United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) for Core Banking to lead end-to-end delivery, from requirements through deployment and post‑production support. The role emphasizes strong domain knowledge, security‑by‑design, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams across banking technology, security, and infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will drive delivery excellence, manage risks proactively, and ensure adherence to regulatory and governance standards

Qualifications

Knowledge in core banking applications and domain in wholesale and/or retail banking industry.
Knowledge in Silverlake’s core banking software suite is a bonus.
Knowledge in IBM AS400 platform, RPG, CL programming.
Bachelor’s degree in related Information Technology disciplines.
Relevant Experience in Banking / Information Technology.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; delivery-focused.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage technical deliverables, including system enhancements and security initiatives.
Coordinate across application, infrastructure, IT security and vendor teams for end-to-end delivery.
Monitor and mitigate technical risks, issues and dependencies through the lifecycle.
Provide status updates on milestones, risks and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
Lead production cutover activities and ensure post‑production support readiness.
