Job summary

NUCLEUS SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS PTE LTD is seeking a System Analyst to support analysis, design and implementation of workflow-driven enterprise systems, including OpenText and ECM platforms. Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience as a System Analyst / Business Analyst (techno-functional).
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of workflow-based systems and business processes.
• Experience with OpenText or Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platforms.
• Able to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze and document business and system requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, workflows and system designs.
• Analyze end-to-end workflows and approval processes; identify improvements.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to ensure accurate implementation.
• Review test cases and support SIT/UAT, defect resolution and validation.
• Provide ongoing support and knowledge management post-implementation.
