Job summary

NCS is seeking a Business Systems Analyst on a 1-year renewable contract to support a healthcare client in Singapore. You will bridge business requirements with IT solutions across the full SDLC. The role requires strong analysis, stakeholder coordination, and ability to document processes and test strategies.

You will conduct UAT, train users, and support deployments. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in IT systems, experience in production support, and a background in Windows and SQL/Oracle;

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in developing, implementing and maintaining IT systems.
• Operational / Production support experience (resolving tickets and incidents).
• Strong business analysis skills to translate requirements into functional and technical deliverables.
• Solid understanding of MS Windows environments and enterprise application support.
• Prior healthcare domain experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Bridge business requirements with technical solutions through system design, requirement analysis, and functional validation.
• Lead requirement-gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional specifications, workflows, and solution designs.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation of requirements, processes, and system designs.
• Define and execute test strategies, develop test cases, conduct functional and user acceptance testing, and manage defect resolution.
• Plan and deliver end-user training for new implementations or system enhancements.
• Support project management activities, including requirement definition, progress tracking, and ensuring delivery against scope, timeline, and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources and ensure alignment for project execution.
• Provide 24/7 application support where required.
