Job summary

Nucleus Software is seeking a System Analyst / Business Analyst (techno-functional) in Singapore to support analysis, design and implementation of enterprise systems, including OpenText. You will bridge business needs with IT delivery and drive workflow-driven improvements.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, designing end-to-end workflows, coordinating testing and deployment, and collaborating with developers, architects and business stakeholders to ensure compliant, efficient

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
8-10+ years of experience as a System Analyst / Business Analyst (Techno-functional).
Strong understanding of workflow-based systems and business processes.
Good technical knowledge of system integrations, APIs and data flows.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze and document business and system requirements.
Translate requirements into functional specifications, workflows and system designs.
Perform impact analysis and support solution definition.
Analyze and design end-to-end workflows and approval processes.
Coordinate defect resolution and ensure quality delivery.
