Job summary
Quess Selection & Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking an accomplished IT Project/Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end technology and digital transformation initiatives in Banking, Payments, and Fintech.
You will translate business needs into project plans and drive delivery across web and mobile platforms. The role requires deep experience managing payment systems and digital banking projects, with hands-on knowledge of FAST, PayNow, GIRO, and API/microservices ecosystems.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in IT Project/Delivery Management in Banking/Payments/Fintech.
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end technology and digital transformation projects in Banking, Payments and Fintech.
- Gather requirements with business and technology teams and translate into plans and deliverables.
- Lead system integration, API and microservices projects across web and mobile.
- Manage timelines, resources, budgets, risks, testing and go-live activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Drive AWS/cloud transformation and application migration.
- Oversee SIT, UAT, VAPT, performance testing and production rollout.
- Provide post-implementation support and identify automation opportunities including GenAI adoption.
