Job summary

Quess Selection & Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking an accomplished IT Project/Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end technology and digital transformation initiatives in Banking, Payments, and Fintech.

You will translate business needs into project plans and drive delivery across web and mobile platforms. The role requires deep experience managing payment systems and digital banking projects, with hands-on knowledge of FAST, PayNow, GIRO, and API/microservices ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT Project/Delivery Management in Banking/Payments/Fintech.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end technology and digital transformation projects in Banking, Payments and Fintech.
• Gather requirements with business and technology teams and translate into plans and deliverables.
• Lead system integration, API and microservices projects across web and mobile.
• Manage timelines, resources, budgets, risks, testing and go-live activities.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Drive AWS/cloud transformation and application migration.
• Oversee SIT, UAT, VAPT, performance testing and production rollout.
• Provide post-implementation support and identify automation opportunities including GenAI adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of technology and digital transformation projects in Banking, Payments and Fintech.
• Work closely with business and technology teams to gather requirements and translate them into project plans and deliverables.
• Manage payment projects involving FAST, PayNow, GIRO, payment gateways, 3DS, POS and digital banking.
• Lead system integration, API and microservices projects across web and mobile applications.
• Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, risks, testing and go-live activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
• Drive AWS/cloud transformation and application migration projects.
• Manage SIT, UAT, VAPT, performance testing and production implementation.
• Provide technical and functional support during implementation and post-production.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and GenAI adoption.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in IT Project/Delivery Management, preferably in Banking, Payments or Fintech.
• Strong techno-functional experience with payment systems and digital banking.
• Hands-on understanding of FAST, PayNow, GIRO, Payment Gateway, 3DS and E-Wallets.
• Experience with AWS, APIs, Microservices and system integration.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor and client management skills.
• Experience managing Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid projects.
• Good understanding of Generative AI, LLM, RAG and AI Agents is an advantage.
• PMP / Scrum Master / AWS certification is preferred.
