Job summary

Visa Technology Management in Singapore is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead large, complex IT initiatives across product and infrastructure teams. You will drive end-to-end delivery, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure high availability and scalable platforms for global payments services.

Ideal candidates have 6 months of PM experience or more, a Bachelor's or Master's degree, and strong proficiency in Lean/Agile methodologies and ITIL/TOGAF knowledge.

Qualifications

• 6 months of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's / Master's degree
• Work experience in Program Management
• Good Understanding of Program Management Concepts and methodologies
• Demonstrated understanding of infrastructure projects for high availability and high-volume service platforms with significant experience in organizations bringing to bear lean/agile methodologies

Responsibilities

• Lead large complex end-to-end IT initiatives
• Collaborate across Product, Product Development, and Infrastructure Engineering tech domains
• Deliver new features, products and services to customers across the global payments and financial services marketplace
