Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 5+ years project management experience delivering complex transformation in regulated financial services.
- Experience with host-to-host/API connectivity, digital channels, SWIFT, and entitlement models.
- Ability to influence across Business, Tech, Operations and Risk in multi-location environments.
- Expertise in producing audit-ready governance artefacts and working with Risk/Legal teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end delivery of integrated plans, RAID logs, change controls, and senior governance reporting through cutover and hyper care.
- Coordinate target-state impact analysis across GPS channels/services, turning complex gaps into actionable migration plans.
- Orchestrate approvals across Legal, Compliance, Financial Crime, Operational, and Tech Risk stewards; ensure audit-ready documentation.
- Lead runbook execution, operational readiness, and post-cutover performance metrics for a seamless BAU transition.
- Direct third-party and outsourcing partners to align with critical path milestones and risk control standards.
