Job summary

Sayown Bizz Managements is seeking an air conditioning service technician in Singapore to install, maintain, and repair cooling, heating, and ventilation systems. You will inspect electrical circuits, replace faulty parts, and ensure safety and compliance with local codes.

You will mount indoor and outdoor units, connect copper piping, wire controls, and perform leak tests while coordinating with clients and contractors for routine O&M tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience installing, maintaining, and repairing cooling, heating, and ventilation systems.
• Ability to test electrical circuits and mechanical parts to identify root causes of failures.
• Familiar with mounting indoor/outdoor units and wiring controls per blueprints.
• Knowledge of safety codes and local building regulations.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• An air conditioning service technician installs, maintains, and repairs cooling, heating, and ventilation systems to keep them running safely and efficiently
• Clean filters and cooling coils, clear drain lines, and check refrigerant levels to improve air quality and save energy
• Test electrical circuits and mechanical parts to find root causes of system failures, then replace faulty components
• Mount new indoor and outdoor units, connect copper piping, and wire electrical controls according to blueprints
• Perform pressure and leak tests, run startup procedures, and ensure all work complies with local building and safety codes
• Plan, schedule, execute and supervise contractors on the daily routine and non-routine O&M works and troubleshooting, as assigned
