Job summary

MEPTECH ENGINEERING AND SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on maintenance technician to perform regular servicing of air conditioning systems and related equipment.

You will diagnose issues, clean components, and replace filters while complying with safety rules and documenting activities for customers. This role requires flexibility, strong teamwork, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Word and MS Excel.

• Develop and implement new procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular maintenance such as unit cleaning, filter replacement, and leak inspection.
• Identify and resolve issues within air conditioning systems, incl. compressor faults or leaks.
• Develop feasibility pre-installation designs and assist installation tasks.
• Provide maintenance support to users and monitor equipment faults.
• Engage with customers to assess requirements and provide system information.
• Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
• Coordinate scheduling of daily operations and special events to meet budgets.
• Conduct weekly operator meetings to discuss safety and operations.

• Developing feasibilitypre-installation design proposals and executing installation tasks
