Job summary

U3 Infotech PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a seasoned recruitment lead for the semiconductor sector. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, source candidates, interview, place talent, and drive client acquisition in a fast-growing market.

You will build and expand client accounts, provide market insights, and contribute to account growth through consultative support and network building with Singapore's semiconductor professionals.

Qualifications

• Proven semiconductor recruitment experience covering full recruitment cycle.
• Strong knowledge of the Singapore semiconductor market and talent pools.
• Demonstrated business development skills with history of opening new clients.
• Experience in account management with long-term client relationships.
• Eligibility to work legally in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing semiconductor talent to meet client needs.
• Drive new business development by identifying and securing semiconductor sector clients in Singapore.
• Manage and expand existing client accounts to build long-term partnerships and increase business opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong network of semiconductor professionals within Singapore to support talent acquisition.
• Provide clients and candidates with market insights and consultative advice to facilitate informed hiring decisions.
• Demonstrate genuine interest and curiosity in semiconductor technology to understand client requirements and candidate fit.
• Communicate effectively with clients and candidates to build trust and deliver commercial value.
