The role requires a diploma or degree in CS/Engineering, 3–5 years in a similar role, and knowledge of Windows, networking, SQL, CCTV/IP video systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in a related role.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for hardware and software.
• CCNA qualification preferred.
• Experience in physical security environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose issues with Genetec software using diagnostic tools.
• Escalate critical issues through proper channels.
• Document issues in CRM and ticketing system.
• Assist with on-site field support as needed.
• Develop knowledge base articles and support documentation.
