Job summary

Ademco (Far East) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer to provide technical support to the solutions sales group. You will work with the sales team to develop and position solutions involving Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Alarm, and other security products.

You will articulate and demonstrate proposed solutions and position products relative to competition. The role requires collaboration with sales and partners, gathering technical requirements, and preparing design documents,

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's in Engineering or related field.
Experience reading schematics, diagrams, and floor plans is required.
Strong knowledge of electronics, electrical codes, and computer networking.
Excellent written and verbal communication and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with sales and partners to articulate security solutions.
Gather technical requirements and develop cost-effective designs and presentations.
Respond to tenders, RFPs, and RFQs with technical proposals.
Prepare security design documentation, BOMs, and cost estimates.
Build and maintain relationships with customers and write scopes of work.
Support solutions sales in modifications or revisions as needed.
Attend pre-sales and post-sales scope reviews.
