Job summary

TOMRA is seeking a Technical Support Engineer (PXP) in Singapore to build local expertise on TOMRA RVM products. You will receive structured training and hands‑on experience, supporting installation, configuration and issues while collaborating with R&D teams in China to improve product performance.

You will grow into a local technical reference, support service efficiency, and contribute to documentation, training materials, and knowledge sharing with technicians and customers.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline required.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant technical, engineering, service, or product support experience encouraged to apply.
• Experience in technical support, field service, equipment maintenance, or related industries would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Grow into the local technical reference for TOMRA RVM products by supporting installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and technical case follow-up.
• Support technical escalations by preparing clear fault documentation and managing service desk cases.
• Utilize TRMS backoffice, configuration files, and local parameters for operational support.
• Monitor machine performance and service trends to identify improvements.
• Prepare and improve user guides, checklists, and training materials; support knowledge sharing.
