Job summary

RVM SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an installation and service technician to work on-site, install and commission RVMs, and provide customer training.

The role involves travel around Singapore, handling high-pressure situations to get equipment back in order, performing routine maintenance, diagnosing faults, and coordinating with the international Support team and R&D Norway. Weekend/evening work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and configurate RVMs ready for delivery to sites
• Install, service and maintain RVM at sites across Singapore
• Complete first time installation
• Carry out routine maintenance on RVMs
• Attend equipment breakdowns, diagnose faults, identify parts required and repair
• Educate and support customers/consumers on how to use RVM
• Cooperate with our international Support team and R&D Norway
• Ensure all required documentation is completed promptly
• Follow Health & Safety requirements
• Keep company equipment secure
• Able to work in high-pressure environments
• Weekend/evening work may be required for installations and service

Job description

Responsible for installation, service and on-site support and customer training of RVM Systems reverse vending machines [RVMs].

It is an exciting role involving traveling, facing customers andmultitasking between solving technical problems and issues, and communication with and education of customers on how to use reverse vending machines.

• Prepare and configurate RVMs ready for delivery to sites
• Install, service and maintain RVM at sites across Singapore e.g.
• Complete first time installation
• Carry out routine planned maintenance on RVMs
• Attend equipment breakdowns, diagnose faults, identify parts required and effect the repair
• Ensure maximum performance of RVM Systems
• Educate andsupport customers/consumers on how to use RVM
• Cooperate with our international Support team and R&D Norway
• Ensure all required documentation is completed in full and in the timely manner required
• Ensure the Company polices and guidelines are adhered to at all times
• Comply with all Health & Safety requirements
• Ensure our company equipment is kept secure at all times

Able to work at times in a high pressure environment as it is vitally necessary to get equipment back in working order

As we offer our customer/consumer 24/7 service, work on weekends and evenings when needed for installation and service is required.
