Job summary

Veritas Control Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a technically capable Sales/Field Support professional to install and commission our control and automation solutions on site for customers.

You will provide on-site service, support the sales team with technical solutions, and coordinate with China-based suppliers; Mandarin and English fluency required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience in M&E, control & automation industry.
• Mature, self-disciplined and results-driven.
• Clear presentation ability with excellent communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus to establish positive relations.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin and English, as the role requires regular communication and coordination with China-based suppliers and manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Handles technical inquiries and requests for quotations on technical services.
• Produce relevant reports for all work relating to on-site problems such as root cause analysis, service report, commissioning report, etc.
• Handle customer service calls on defective products and preventive maintenance.
• Support the sales team in providing technical solutions to meet customers' needs.
• In addition to these duties/responsibilities, employees are required to carry out such duties as may reasonably be required.
