Job summary

RN Care Pte. Ltd. is seeking a field technical support specialist to assist customers on-site and remotely. You will perform installation, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting at client locations, and deliver product training and demonstrations.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or IT, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills to engage customers effectively.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Service-minded with a proactive and positive approach toward customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to customers via on-site visits, phone calls, WhatsApp, and email communications.
• Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repairs at customer locations.
• Collaborate with vendors to raise and resolve complex technical issues.
• Deliver training sessions and product demonstrations to end users or clients.
• Handle internal product servicing and support training initiatives.
