Job summary

RN Care Pte. Ltd. is seeking a field service engineer to provide on-site technical support across customer locations in Singapore.

You will handle installation, commissioning, maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repairs, ensuring minimal downtime and high customer satisfaction. You will also deliver training sessions and product demonstrations, collaborate with vendors to resolve complex issues, and drive proactive service initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Service-minded with proactive customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to customers via on-site visits, phone, WhatsApp and email.
