Job summary

Russell Tobin seeks a Technical Solutions Consultant to act as the technical lead for client engagements, becoming an expert on Client solutions and advising on best practices. You will resolve complex technical issues and partner with Sales to align on market plans and bespoke implementations.

The role emphasizes consulting with clients, solving problems across ads tech like pixels and ad servers, and leveraging AI tools to boost productivity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in the Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries
• Knowledge of the Tech ecosystem
• Customer-facing experience translating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences
• Experience with technically troubleshooting advertising technologies such as pixels, ad servers, auctions and delivery
• Experience working with SQL and RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with using AI tools to enhance productivity and quality in day-to-day work

Responsibilities

• Build technical expertise in Client's various products and provide consultative guidance to clients and partners on best practices and bespoke setups
• Resolve technical issues stemming from our client's usage of Client solutions
• Partner closely with the Sales teams to resolve client issues, prioritize, and build market or vertical plans for technical services
• Cover inbound requests from the sales team on all Ads products (covering in-market and scaled market)
• Weekly team sharing and learning session to discuss task findings, learning and troubleshooting together

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be the technical point of contact for our clients and internal stakeholders. You will become an expert on Client solutions, consult with clients on best practices and resolve any technical issues that come your way. Technical Solutions Consultants are curious by nature, comfortable working in ambiguous situations, and love coming up with creative solutions to client needs.

The ideal candidate will:

Technical Solution Consultant will provide Technical Support function for the Client Solutions Managers, Account Managers and/or Partner Managers.

• Cover inbound requests from the sales team on all Ads products (covering in-market and scaled market). Would require someone who has the ability to understand Facebook Ads product and unblock any technical challenges that the clients are facing.
