Job summary

MCI Career Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a senior concrete technology specialist to lead technical service activities for concrete products, overseeing laboratory testing, trial mixes, and product demonstrations while ensuring compliance with quality procedures.

You will support customers and the sales team with pre- and post-sale consultation, site visits, mix design optimization, and product guidance, drive development by evaluating materials and formulations, and manage the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience in concrete technology or construction chemicals.
• Strong knowledge of concrete, including mix design, product application, laboratory testing, and troubleshooting.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to supervise, coach, and prioritize work for a technical team.
• Strong customer-facing, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide technical consultation and build client relationships.
• Preferred: valid driving license for occasional customer site visits.

Key Responsibilities
