Job description

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the asphalt premix market, targeting contractors, developers, and municipal projects
• Conduct detailed site visits and surveys to assess project scope for cost estimation
• Preparing competitive quotation based on the site survey.
• Following up served quotation closely to secure sales.
• Liaise with operations teams for site follow up and coordination with customer requirements.
• Oversee and assist in technical documentation, including site plans, specifications, and project reports
• Handle client inquiries, providing both technical advice and commercial solutions
• Visit clients regularly to secure recurring business and build brand loyalty.
• Build and nurture long‑term client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business
• Support monthly sales forecasting and reporting
• Monitoring of payment and collection after sales.
• Tender tracking and monitoring

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma preferable in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• With 3 years of experience in a sales or technical sales role (preferably in asphalt, roadworks, or construction)
• Basic technical knowledge of asphalt premix, roadwork specifications, and project execution
• Proficient in creating engineering documentation, project reports, and sales presentations
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects
• Excellent communication skills, resourceful and ability to work independently
• Preferably with Class 3 licence and own vehicle
