Job summary

NexLabs Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a hands-on IT Support Engineer to install and configure NexLabs hardware and software for client projects. You will provide ongoing technical support and maintain devices at customer sites.

You will also assist in product demonstrations for potential clients and test new hardware and software for future initiatives. Strong teamwork and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, Science & Technology or Engineering (Electrical/Electronic).
• Up-to-date knowledge of Windows and computer networking.
• Experience setting up or troubleshooting Android devices.
• Familiarity with IT equipment related to Digital Signage, Internet-of-Things, Visitor Kiosks and Door Intercoms.
• Good technical, analytical, interpersonal and organization skills.
• Clear communication, polite and friendly written and verbal.
• Ability to work well with others, as well as independently.
• Attention to details.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a small business environment.

1. Perform installation and configuration of NexLabs hardware devices and software applications for client projects

2. Provide technical support to clients for usage and troubleshooting
