Job summary

Panduit is seeking a seasoned professional in Singapore to actively engage with strategic accounts across APAC as a trusted advisor for structured cabling solutions. The ideal candidate will provide technical pre and post-sales consultations, working closely with strategic account managers to articulate and close business opportunities.

A Bachelor of Science in a relevant field and a minimum of 15 years of experience are required. Practical knowledge in AI Data Center design and strong communication skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience required.
• Experience in System Integrator, DC Design, or Pre-sales environment preferred.
• Knowledge of AI Data Center design and structured cabling standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with strategic accounts in APAC as a trusted advisor.
• Provide technical pre/post sales consultation for Panduit solutions.
• Work closely with Strategic Account Managers to close opportunities.
• Support pre and post solution deployment for clients.
• Engage internal and external resources to drive opportunities.
• Deliver technical presentations and training effectively.
• Prepare technical proposals and presentations professionally.

• Travel as required for work purposes.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Actively engaging with strategic accounts in APAC as a trust advisor of structured cabling solutions
• Provide technical pre/post sales consultation on qualified Panduit business opportunities related to positioning of our Enterprise and Data Center, Structured Cabling Solutions in complex network environment, especially in the space of AI Data Center and Hyperscaler Data Center
• Work with Strategic Account Manager (SAM) closely to quantify and articulate value of Panduit solution, close opportunity
• Help the Strategic Accounts in APAC with pre and post solution deployment technical support
• Engage with appropriate internal & external resources (SAMs, Product Management, Business Development, Field Technical Support, Alliance Partners, System Integrators, End-Users, etc.) to help drive opportunities from inception through successful implementation
• Excellent communicator/trainer of technical topics and subjects to a technical and non-technical audience including technical presentation or training to a large number of people
• Ability to work on technical proposal or presentation independently and professionally
• Self-motivated and willing to learn and embrace new technology via self-teaching as well as formal certification
• Traveling within in-country as well as outside the country as and when required

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Management Information Systems Required
• Minimum 15 years’ experience
• Preferably with Cisco Certified Network Associate/Professional (CCNA/CCNP) Certification and/or Certified Data Center Professional (CDCP)
• Preferably working experience in System Integrator, DC Design/Consulting firm or Pre‑sales environment
• Knowledge and understanding of Enterprise and Data Center Infrastructure, with knowledge and experience of AI DC design and reference architecture, design concepts and structure cabling standards preferred
• Good written and verbal communication skills
