Job summary

EZSVS SINGAPORE(PTE.) LTD. is seeking a qualified professional to lead structured cabling installations and support operations in Singapore. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve cabling issues while ensuring adherence to client standards.

You will design cabling solutions, coordinate with project engineers and suppliers, supervise technicians and subcontractors, and report progress and KPI achievements to the Team Manager.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Computer Science/Telecommunication/Engineering or related subject.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot network equipment (Cisco/H3C/Huawei).
• Diagnose and repair x86 server and Linux system independently.
• Basic knowledge in the Data Centre domain.
• Vendor certifications preferred (CCNA/CCNP/HCNA/HCNP etc.).
• Team management experience preferred.
• Strong sense of responsibility and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot structured cabling per client standards.
• Design cabling solutions and proposals for clients.
• Manage cabling requests including diversity pathways and telco circuits.
• Coordinate deliveries with project engineer and warehouse.
• Plan work and manpower against project schedules.
• Attend site meetings and monitor project changes and requests.
• Supervise technicians and subcontractors on cabling standards.
• Prepare monthly project reports for Team Manager and clients.
• Achieve KPI targets set by Top Management.
• Coordinate with clients on requirements, schedules, implementations.
• Maintain good rapport with clients and building management.

Job description

Responsibilities：

• Perform structured cabling installation, troubleshooting, cabling issues and maintain quality of cabling as per client standard and requirement.
• Carry out the structured cabling design and provide solution proposals for clients.
• Manage cabling requests such as cabling diversity pathway, inter-room/floor, and telco circuit.
• Coordinate goods delivery with project engineer and warehouse.
• Plan and schedule work and manpower with reference to contractual schedules.
• Attend to all operational matters related to the daily running of the project.
• Attend site meetings and inspections, report and monitor project schedule, changes and additional requests.
• Supervise and guide project teams on structured cabling standards, including project supervisor, technicians, and sub-contractors.
• Prepare monthly project reports to the Team Manager and Clients.
• Fulfill the KPI targets set by Top Management.
• Co-ordinate and negotiate with clients on requirements, schedules, and implementations.
• Maintaining good rapport with clients and building management.

Requirements：

• Diploma in Computer Science/ Telecommunication/ Engineering or a related subject
• Able to diagnose and troubleshoot network equipment issues (Cisco/ H3C/ Huawei). Minimum 1-year relevant experience.
• Able to diagnose and repair x86 server and Linux system independently
• Basic knowledge in the Data Centre domain
• Candidates with relevant certificates from equipment vendors (CCNA, CCNP, HCNA, HCNP, etc.) would be preferred.
• Candidates with team management experience would be preferred
• Have a strong sense of responsibility
