Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) seeks a Senior Network & Data Centre Architect / Technical Lead in Singapore to drive architecture, design and delivery of complex carrier and enterprise data-centre networks across APAC. You will lead multi-site fabrics, IP/MPLS backbone design, and cross-functional collaboration with customers, vendors and product teams.

The role requires deep experience with VXLAN EVPN, Cisco ACI, Nexus Dashboard, SRv6, Segment Routing, and multi-vendor environments, plus

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Approximately 12-15 years of relevant experience in network architecture, engineering and complex project delivery.
  • Strong experience designing and delivering large-scale data-centre and carrier backbone networks.
  • Deep technical knowledge of: Cisco Nexus platforms and NX‑OS, Cisco ACI and Nexus Dashboard, VXLAN and EVPN, multi-site data-centre architecture and DCIBGP, OSPF and IS‑IS, MPLS and MPLS VPN, Segment Routing, SR‑TE and preferably SRv6, Multicast, QoS and traffic engineering, high availability, resiliency and network migration.
  • Experience delivering multi-vendor solutions, particularly across Cisco and Huawei platforms.
  • Familiarity with public cloud, private cloud and hybrid-cloud networking.
  • Proven experience developing architecture documents, detailed designs, migration plans and implementation procedures.
  • Strong understanding of network automation and operational visibility tools; exposure to Python, APIs, Grafana or similar technologies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture, design and delivery of large-scale carrier, enterprise and data-centre network projects.
  • Design multi-site data-centre fabrics using VXLAN EVPN, Cisco ACI, Nexus Dashboard and Data Centre Interconnect.
  • Develop carrier-grade IP/MPLS backbone solutions involving Segment Routing, SR‑TE, SRv6, MPLS VPN and traffic engineering.
  • Assess existing network environments and develop migration, transformation and optimisation strategies.
  • Produce detailed technical documentation, including high-level and low-level designs, solution requirement documents, implementation plans, migration procedures, test plans and operational handover documents.
  • Lead network deployment, migration and cutover activities while minimising operational and business risks.
  • Provide technical leadership during implementation, testing, troubleshooting and post-deployment support.
  • Validate interoperability between Cisco, Huawei and other networking platforms.
  • Work with customers, solution architects, project managers, product teams and R&D to resolve complex issues.
  • Lead workshops, design reviews and customer presentations.
  • Mentor network engineers and establish delivery standards and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency through automation and monitoring.

About the Role

We are looking for an accomplished Senior Network & Data Centre Architect / Technical Lead to lead the architecture, design and delivery of complex carrier and enterprise data‑centre network solutions. The successful candidate should have extensive hands‑on experience with large‑scale IP backbone networks, data‑centre fabrics and multi‑site connectivity. This position requires someone capable of combining solution architecture, technical leadership and project delivery while working closely with customers, engineering teams, vendors and product specialists across the Asia‑Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the architecture, design and delivery of large‑scale carrier, enterprise and data‑centre network projects.
  • Design multi‑site data‑centre fabrics using technologies such as VXLAN EVPN, Cisco ACI, Nexus Dashboard and Data Centre Interconnect.
  • Develop carrier‑grade IP/MPLS backbone solutions involving Segment Routing, SR‑TE, SRv6, MPLS VPN and traffic engineering.
  • Assess existing network environments and develop suitable migration, transformation and optimisation strategies.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Active or previously attained CCIE certification.
  • Huawei HCIE certification or equivalent Huawei data‑centre expertise.
  • Cisco Data Centre, Service Provider or Enterprise Networking certifications.
  • Experience supporting banks, government agencies, telecommunications providers or other mission‑critical environments.
  • Experience with large‑scale APAC network transformation projects.
  • Knowledge of Huawei Cloud Data Centre architecture.
  • Experience engaging directly with product engineering or R&D teams.
