Hoper Recruitment Ltd. is recruiting for a Senior/Technical Sales Specialist to support a multinational biotech solutions company in Singapore.

You will drive territory growth in pharma and biotech, source leads, present product demonstrations and manage key accounts. The role requires a life science degree and 2–4 years of sales experience with 3–5 years of technical background; capital-equipment sales is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science or related discipline.
• 2–4 years sales experience in pharma/biotech with 3–5 years technical background.
• Sales experience with capital-equipment solutions is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, proactive learner; team player.
• More sales experience may lead to Senior title.

Responsibilities:

• Drive territory growth in pharma and biotech by executing marketing plans and sourcing new leads via cold calling, email, and social prospecting.
• Grow and retain key accounts through trust-based relationship management, addressing objections, and resolving customer issues effectively.
• Present product demonstrations and track competitive intelligence, including rival product launches, market strategies, and partnerships.
• Collaborate internally to boost client satisfaction and share customer insights for continuous business improvement.
• Maintain CRM precision by updating customer databases and submitting regular sales metrics to management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedical/Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science or other science‑related disciplines.
• 2‑4 years relevant industry sales experience, with 3‑5 years technical background; proven sales track record for capital‑equipment solutions would be a plus.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; dynamic, self‑driven, resourceful and hands‑on team player.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Proactive learning attitude and positive work mindset.
• Candidate with more sales experience will be considered to a Senior title.
