Hoper Recruitment Ltd. is recruiting for a Senior/Technical Sales Specialist to support a multinational biotech solutions company in Singapore.

You will drive territory growth in pharma and biotech, source leads, present product demonstrations and manage key accounts. The role requires a life science degree and 2–4 years of sales experience with 3–5 years of technical background; capital-equipment sales is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science or related discipline.
• 2–4 years sales experience in pharma/biotech with 3–5 years technical background.
• Sales experience with capital-equipment solutions is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, proactive learner; team player.
• More sales experience may lead to Senior title.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory growth in pharma and biotech by sourcing new leads via cold calling, email and social prospecting.
• Grow and retain key accounts through trust-based relationship management and effective issue resolution.
• Present product demonstrations and track competitive intelligence and partnerships.
• Collaborate internally to boost client satisfaction and share customer insights for improvement.
• Maintain CRM precision by updating customer databases and submitting sales metrics.
