Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Electronic Commerce (e-Commerce), or a related discipline.
• Industry experience in semiconductor and electronics with at least 2 years in e-Commerce sales and operations.
• Strong client management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement short- and long-term technical sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses and territories.
• Manage reporting of sales performance and projected sales and margin forecasts.
• Identify and execute strategic business opportunities for customer base expansion based on market knowledge.
• Identify product gaps and improvement opportunities based on lost sales data and customer feedback.
• Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, sales plans, and customer satisfaction to improve sales performance.
• Develop and build strong relationships with customers as a trusted solution provider to achieve business objectives.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts, maintaining full awareness of product, client, and competitive landscape.
• Update pipelines and progress status on a weekly basis.
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.
