Job summary

DKSH Management Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Manager, Technical Sales (Semiconductor & Electronics) to develop and execute technical sales strategies that drive portfolio growth and expand the customer base within DKSH's Technology business.

You will contribute to revenue through proactive sales planning, market intelligence, and building strong customer relationships, with a focus on semiconductor and electronics industries in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Electronic Commerce (e-Commerce), or a related discipline.
• Industry experience in semiconductor and electronics with at least 2 years in e-Commerce sales and operations.
• Strong understanding of clients' industry, business, and products.
• Strong client management and communication skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong analytical background and knowledge of statistical analysis methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement short- and long-term technical sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses and territories
• Manage reporting of sales performance and projected sales and margin forecasts
• Identify and execute strategic business opportunities for customer base expansion based on market knowledge
• Identify product gaps and improvement opportunities based on lost sales data and customer feedback
• Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, sales plans, and customer satisfaction to improve sales performance
• Develop and build strong relationships with customers as a trusted solution provider to achieve business objectives
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts, maintaining full awareness of product, client, and competitive landscape
• Update pipelines and progress status on a weekly basis
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required
