Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist within the Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Division to sell and support instrument portfolios across regional accounts. The role aims to grow revenue and guide customers from sample to knowledge.

You will partner with account managers to develop strategies, attend technical visits, and lead cross-functional teams to promote new products and solutions. International travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-country or regional sales.
• Track record in analytical/instrument markets and high-value accounts.
• Masters’ degree in science or equivalent work experience.
• Strong market knowledge and business insight.
• Experience in seminars and presentations.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize new client opportunities to grow sales.
• Act as trusted advisor and bring in technical authorities when needed.
• Attend visits to manufacturing and R&D sites; support NPI prospects.
• Manage sales funnel and forecast with country leads.
• Collaborate with account managers to develop strategies and value propositions.
• Lead cross-functional teamwork with sales, lab/application, and service specialists.
