Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive sales professional to drive new business in construction, marine and industrial sectors.

You will advise on lifting equipment, build lasting client relationships, and deliver tailored proposals and quotations to meet client needs. This role requires coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and achieving revenue targets. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales/BD in lifting or industrial supplies, solid technical knowledge, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales or business development experience in lifting, rigging, or industrial supplies.
• Technical knowledge of wire ropes, shackles, slings, and lifting gear is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple clients.
