Job summary

BAOXIN INTERNATIONAL LIMITED PARTNERSHIP is seeking a Sales / Application Engineer to support medical devices, wire & cable, and interconnect solutions. You will provide technical advice, recommend products, and drive business development with customers worldwide.

The role requires 2+ years of relevant experience in medical devices or related industries, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic team environment. A degree in engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Biomedical, Manufacturing, or related disciplines).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in the medical device, wire & cable, or electronics manufacturing industries.
• Knowledge of cable assemblies, connectors, interconnect solutions, or medical accessories.
• Sales Engineer or technical sales experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively.
• Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell medical device components, cable assemblies, wire harnesses, connectors, and related products.
• Provide technical support and application advice to customers to ensure optimal product use and satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales growth.
• Prepare accurate quotations, product presentations, and technical documentation to support sales and customer understanding.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to align project requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Support product development, QA, and regulatory compliance activities as applicable.
• Participate in customer visits, exhibitions, and business development activities to expand market presence.
