Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Instrumentation or a related engineering discipline is preferred.
• Experience in industrial sales, technical sales or engineering-related roles is advantageous.
• Interest in industrial products, process valves, automation or instrumentation.
• Able to understand technical specifications and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Good communication, interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and business partners.
• Identify, develop and follow up on new business opportunities.
• Promote and sell process valves, industrial automation equipment and instrumentation products.
• Understand customers' technical requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals and relevant documentation.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations and customer visits when required.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and after-sales support.
• Work towards sales targets and contribute to business development initiatives.
• Maintain customer communication and follow up on enquiries and sales opportunities.

Education
