RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a motivated Sales Engineer for its Industrial Division in Singapore. This role blends technical knowledge with consultative selling to develop customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.

The candidate will lead prospecting in the industrial sector, deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations, and work with marketing to implement sales strategies while achieving monthly and annual targets.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering is required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Confident in presenting technical solutions to customers.
Self-motivated, target-oriented in a sales environment.

Responsibilities

Prospect and generate new leads within the industrial sector.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Conduct product demonstrations, seminars and technical presentations.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
Prepare sales proposals and negotiate commercial terms.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Meet agreed weekly sales activity targets.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies.
Monitor industry trends and provide market feedback to the sales and marketing teams.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions and industry events to build networks and generate new business opportunities.
