• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals through planning and execution.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
• Collaborate with production, purchasing, and engineering to align customer requirements with capabilities.
• Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management review.
