Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a Sales Executive to identify client needs in the AEC sector and recommend suitable BIM solutions. You will develop business opportunities and conduct product demos, requiring 2 years of sales experience, preferably in construction technology. Knowledge of various BIM platforms is a plus. Job description

Basic $3,500 - $5,000 + Allowances + Commission + VB

Working Location: Redhill

Working Days: 5 days

Working Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm

Key Responsibilities

• Identify client needs in the AEC sector and recommend suitable BIM/digital construction solutions.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct product demos, presentations, and prepare proposals or quotations.
• Collaborate with technical teams for smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Track sales pipeline, prepare reports, and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Stay updated on BIM trends, competitors, and industry developments.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree with 2 years of sales experience in construction technology, software, or related fields.
• Knowledge of BIM platforms (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Synchro, Bentley, or similar) is an advantage.
