Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and expand sales revenue within assigned territories and market segments.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts through regular visits, technical discussions, and relationship building.
• Identify customer requirement and recommend suitable technical solutions and products.
• Conduct product presentations,demonstrations, and technical consultations for customers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals,tender submissions, and sales documentation.
• Work closely with suppliers,principals, and internal teams to support customer projects and ensure timely follow-up.
• Analyze market trends,competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts,pipeline reports, and project updates for management review.
• Support exhibitions, seminars,technical workshops, and marketing activities when required.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and after-sales support.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
